Inpatient hospitalization treatment is designed for patients facing an acute psychiatric crisis in need of immediate stabilization. Treatment is provided by a multidisciplinary group to provide tools for a successful discharge.
Our residential treatment program features age-specific units for adolescent boys and girls, ages 11 to 17, and is conducted in a therapeutic setting to help address a wide-range of mental health needs.
For patients not requiring an inpatient level of care, Kempsville Center for Behavioral Health provides a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) as an outpatient option to address the developmental, emotional and psychiatric concerns of each patient.
